Анализируется деятельность социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций в России и в новых регионах России. Рассматривается возможное влияние социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций на экономику субъектов РФ в зоне специальной военной операции. Выделяются существующие отклонения в функционировании национальных некоммерческих организаций, а также намечается типология «нового» некоммерческого сектора. Анализ литературы, научных исследований, включая общедоступные базы данных, информации об отдельных некоммерческих организациях, а также экономико-математическое моделирование при помощи корреляционного и регрессионного анализа заполняют существующий когнитивный пробел в определении роли некоммерческого сектора и его влияния на экономику территорий, характеризующихся проведением военных конфликтов и находящихся в трудном положении. Показана значимость социально-ориентированных некоммерческих организаций в России и в новых регионах России при реализации социально-значимых задач по поддержке граждан в зоне специальной военной операции, направленных на различные виды финансовых и материальных сборов, психологическую поддержку людей, столкнувшихся с различными последствиями конфликта, восстановление окружающей среды. Проведено исследование возможного влияния деятельности социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций на экономику субъектов РФ в зоне СВО на основе фактических данных по Республике Крым и г. Севастополю, а также смоделированных данных по новым российским регионам. Выявлена высокая зависимость ВРП регионов от количества участников конкурса Фонда президентских грантов и объемов финансирования, полученных НКО. Построен прогноз динамики ВРП с учетом вероятного влияния при помощи регрессионных коэффициентов, полученных при моделировании данных Республики Крым.

The activities of socially oriented non-profit organizations in Russia and in new regions of Russia are analyzed. The possible impact of socially oriented non-profit organizations on the economy of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the zone of a special military operation is being considered. Existing deviations in the functioning of national non-profit organizations are highlighted, and a typology of the «new» non-profit sector is outlined. Analysis of literature, scientific research, including public databases, information on individual non-profit organizations, as well as economic and mathematical modeling using correlation and regression analysis fill the existing cognitive gap in determining the role of the non-profit sector and its impact on the economy of territories characterized by military conflicts and in difficult situations. The importance of socially oriented non-profit organizations in Russia and in new regions of Russia in the implementation of socially significant tasks to support citizens in the zone of a special military operation aimed at various types of financial and material fees, psychological support for people faced with various consequences of the conflict, and environmental restoration is shown. A study was conducted on the possible impact of the activities of socially oriented non-profit organizations on the economy of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the SVO zone based on actual data for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, as well as simulated data for new Russian regions. A high dependence of the GRP of the regions on the number of participants in the Presidential Grants Fund competition and the amount of funding received by NGOs was revealed. A forecast of GRP dynamics was built taking into account the likely influence using regression coefficients obtained when modeling data from the Republic of Crimea.
