The paper outlines a way to solve problems related to explaining and fixing the active nature of legal influence. To solve this scientific problem, it will be necessary to answer questions about how legal influence contributes to overcoming social entropy, whether it is possible to recognize the existence of legal influence as a guarantee of minimizing social entropy, i.e. chaos, disorder in public relations, accompanying dysfunctions of state bodies, etc. The answer to the question of what are the objective means of fixing this legal phenomenon is of interest. These areas of research have not received adequate coverage in the theory of law and the state.
