The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of identifying the causes and conditions of crimes committed by minors. The relevance of this article lies in the fact that in modern Russia there is a large number of crimes committed by minors. Special attention is paid to the identification of the reasons characterizing crimes committed by minors as part of organized criminal groups.
