Рассматриваются особенности реализации прокурорских полномочий при осуществлении надзора за исполнением законов о противодействии экстремистской деятельности в условиях цифровизации. На основе анализа статистических данных, практики прокурорской деятельности, результатов анкетирования прокурорских работников предложены пути совершенствования механизмов противодействия экстремистской деятельности в сети Интернет.

Considered the specifics of the implementation of prosecutorial powers in the supervision of the implementation of laws on countering extremist activities in the context of digitalization. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the practice of prosecutorial activity, and the results of a survey of prosecutors, ways to improve mechanisms for countering extremist activities on the Internet are proposed.
