A PSYCHOLOGICAL MODEL OF THE VALUE SPHERE OF JUNIOR SCHOOLCHILDREN'S PERSONALITY

Abstract:
Based on the theoretical analysis of the studies of the authors studying the value world of the child, the article presents a psychological model of the structure of the value sphere of the personality of younger schoolchildren integrating cognitive (knowledge of moral and ethical norms and rules), emotional (reinforcement of theoretical knowledge with corresponding experiences) and behavioral (practical application of moral and ethical rules) components. It is shown that the development of the structure as a process of mastering traditional moral and ethical values, through which patterns, models and norms of behavior are formed, takes place in the process of internalization. Detailed characteristics of the components are presented, and the signs of the formation of the components of the studied structure are highlighted.
