This work examines the importance of critical thinking, legal culture, and emotional resilience of police officers in their interactions with citizens. Emotional resilience allows the police to effectively deal with stress and conflict, which contributes to more informed decisions and increased professionalism. The introduction of these skills into educational programs for police training is necessary, especially in the context of the lawful use of firearms and the prevention of online crimes. The role of artificial intelligence in crime prevention is also emphasized. As a result, the integration of critical thinking, emotional resilience, and technology contributes to improving police interaction with the public and enhancing their professional skills.
