At the same time, despite the growing demand for polygraph examiners, the legal regulation of their training and further activities requires improvement and appropriate development. In this regard, there are a number of issues that need to be addressed to ensure professionalism, quality, competence and, ultimately, the legality and effectiveness of the use of a polygraph in our country. The need to improve the quality of training for polygraph examiners is due to the increasing complexity of the tasks being solved and the requirements for the reliability and reliability of the information received. Accordingly, the availability of a clear regulatory framework for the training of polygraph examiners will avoid possible negative consequences. Therefore, it is very important to understand that the regulatory framework in this area should be comprehensive. a well-coordinated and effective mechanism for regulating the professional training and activities of polygraph examiners. With the participation of scientists and practitioners, including from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the development and implementation of effective measures will create a transparent and understandable system for training and further monitoring the activities of polygraph examiners, which in turn will undoubtedly contribute to increasing confidence in the results of polygraph research on the part of law enforcement agencies, courts and the public, and therefore will increase the level of security. and the rule of law in our country.
