The article reveals the legal mechanisms that form the financial stability of municipal medical institutions, including budget regulation, tariff provision and regulatory planning. It is shown that the combination of budget legislation, compulsory medical insurance and internal control requirements creates a predictable financial environment that ensures the stability of the municipal task. It has been established that the consistency of legal instruments makes it possible to minimize financial risks and maintain the stability of institutions in conditions of limited resources.
