DIGITAL INTERMEDIARIES AND LEGAL REGULATION: CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS

Abstract:
The comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of relations arising in the field of digital intermediaries is provided. The interaction of platforms, users and service providers is considered, gaps in current legislation are identified, issues of protecting the rights of participants and features of algorithmic management are explored. The necessity of an interdisciplinary approach combining private and legal aspects is substantiated. Examples of judicial practice are given, demonstrating the actual problems of law enforcement and possible ways to overcome them.
