Conclusion. Despite the coordinated military, political, international and tacit efforts of the collective West, the Russian Federation continues to effectively implement international military cooperation, while its vector is shifted towards the states of the Middle East, the Asia-Pacific region, BRICS and some CIS countries. This work required both the organization of appropriate legal support for recording the rules and conditions of such cooperation in international legal documents.
