В статье представлены направления изменений институциональной среды, позволяющие поддерживать достаточный уровень экономической безопасности, способствующие формированию специализированных институтов, обеспечивающих возможность оперативно отслеживать состояние экономической безопасности, обнаруживать ключевые факторы, дестабилизирующие систему, и внедрять современные подходы к повышению ее результативности. Описана роль факторов институциональной среды в обеспечении экономической безопасности Российской Федерации, охарактеризованы основные вызовы, аргументирована острая необходимость изменения институциональной среды. Сделан вывод о том, что решая проблемы институциональной среды в обеспечении экономической безопасности России, важно обратить внимание на ключевые вызовы и угрозы в предметной области, включая эффективность государственного управления.

The article presents the directions of changes in the institutional environment that make it possible to maintain a sufficient level of economic security, contribute to the formation of specialized institutions that ensure the ability to quickly monitor the state of economic security, identify key factors that destabilize the system, and implement modern approaches to improve its effectiveness. The role of institutional environment factors in ensuring the economic security of the Russian Federation is described, the main challenges are characterized, and the urgent need to change the institutional environment is argued. It is concluded that when solving the problems of the institutional environment in ensuring Russia's economic security, it is important to pay attention to key challenges and threats in the subject area, including the effectiveness of public administration.
