В статье представлены результаты эмпирического исследования особенностей динамики психологической безопасности сотрудников органов внутренних дел Российской Федерации в зависимости от усложнения условий служебной деятельности. Рассмотрены различия структуры психологической безопасности, сотрудников специальных полков полиции ГУ МВД России по г. Москве и ГУ МВД России по Московской области в условиях повседневной деятельности, согласно функциональному предназначению подразделения, и в «особых условиях» служебной деятельности в зоне проведения СВО. Выявлены существенные изменения когнитивного и аффективного компонентов структуры психологической безопасности, отражающих особенности оценивания сотрудником ситуации в континууме «опасно - не опасно» и эмоционального реагирования на нее. Выявлены главные показатели каждого компонента структуры психологической безопасности в зависимости от степени опасности и рискогенности условий служебной деятельности.
This article presents the results of an empirical study of the dynamics of psychological safety in Russian internal affairs officers depending on the increasing complexity of their work environment. The article examines differences in the psychological safety structure of employees of the special police regiments of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow and the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Moscow Region, both in their daily activities, according to the functional purpose of the unit, and in the "special conditions" of their service activities in the special military operations zone. Significant changes in the cognitive and affective components of the psychological safety structure are identified, reflecting the employee's assessment of the situation on the "dangerous-not dangerous" continuum and their emotional response to it. The main indicators of each component of the psychological safety structure are identified depending on the degree of danger and riskiness of the service conditions.
