Abstract:
Information relations are permeating various spheres of human activity everywhere, creating not only new opportunities, but also being sources of new threats to public safety. Counteracting the emergence of such risks and threats is impossible without understanding the sufficiency of terms and definitions contained in regulatory legal acts.
