The Russian Federation at the present stage of development faces new challenges and threats to national security, which requires law enforcement agencies to carry out effective work to ensure state and public security. Such work is related to the prevention of crimes and administrative offenses, in which the leading role within the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is played by the district police officer. At the same time, in their activities, these employees are currently faced with a number of problems, the overcoming of which in the near future will significantly increase the effectiveness of their activities, which, in turn, will positively affect the state of national security of the Russian Federation.
