The legal aspects of administrative regulation of the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency are considered. It is noted that the administrative and legal regulation of this type of preventive activity is characterized by the use of a wide range of regulatory legal acts, which currently, unfortunately, are not without contradictions and gaps, and offer solutions to these problems. It is emphasized that the problem of preventing neglect and juvenile delinquency continues to be acute, requiring active and large-scale counteraction, since the future of our state depends on children and their healthy and full-fledged development.
