The key aspects of the control and supervisory activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation are considered. The legal framework, structure, main directions and problem areas of the control and supervisory functions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are analyzed. Special attention is paid to cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, as well as the prospects for improving this activity in the context of digital transformation.
