Abstract:
The fundamentals of the formation of the struggle against the economic security of the Russian state and the fight against corruption in it are analyzed. The main stages of development and the tasks facing the analyzed divisions of the internal affairs bodies are considered. The article describes and analyzes the regulatory legal framework that served as the basis for the formation and activities of the relevant departments. The subordination of crimes and offenses related to the competence of these units is also analyzed. The role of economic security and anti-corruption units in ensuring the national security of the Russian Federation is outlined.
