Abstract:
The main characteristics of people who are victims of violent crimes against life and health committed with extremist motives are analyzed. The victims of the crimes under consideration are typified depending on their behavior, which determines the degree of victimization. The main factors contributing to the victimization of persons against whom crimes against life and health are committed on the grounds of hatred and hostility towards a certain social group are identified. It is concluded that people with active, aggressive and provocative behavior are mainly subjected to violence with extremist motives.
