Examines the role of law and legal awareness in the context of digital manipulation and information warfare. The mechanisms of distortion of legal awareness in the digital society, the influence of simulacra and manipulative discourses on the perception of truth and justice are analyzed. The article considers the role of the state and legal institutions as protective mechanisms capable of preserving the legal truth and ensuring the information security of individuals and society. Special attention is paid to the philosophical and legal aspects of the formation of a sustainable legal awareness in the context of digital challenges.
