Abstract:
It examines the standards for the protection and protection of constitutional human rights in terms of international law. The main normative legal acts of international law and legislation, including the European Union, regulating the protection and protection of constitutional human rights and freedoms are considered. It describes the legal mechanism for the protection and protection of human rights and freedoms, as well as the differences between the protection and protection of rights and freedoms. Law enforcement activities and public authorities carrying out law enforcement activities at the international level are analyzed.
