Based on the analysis of judicial practice the article examines the main methods of committing thefts of funds from a bank account, analyzes the reasons that contributed to the commission of crimes and makes suggestions for their prevention. Materials from judicial practice, current legal acts, and scientific publications on the subject of research were used. General and special methods of scientific cognition were applied.
