The types of counterparties of shadow economy entities (partners, victims, dangers) are defined. A description is given of the content of the areas of assessment of counterparties by shadow economy entities (assessment of the victim counterparty in preparation for shadow activities (crimes); assessment of the counterparty for the prospects of non-disclosure of information about the criminal activities of the subject to third parties; assessment of the prospects for achieving the goals of interaction with a counterparty who is not a victim). The objectives of the interaction of the subject of the shadow economy with law enforcement officers are reflected.
