Abstract:
Some certain psychological characteristics of influencing a crowd of offenders when preventing violations of public order during entertainment events are considered. Some issues of interaction between units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Russian National Guard in maintaining public order and ensuring public safety during the preparation and holding of entertainment events are revealed.
