Abstract:
Examples of the manufacture, storage, transportation, sale of counterfeit money, including crimes committed using information and telecommunication technologies and organized groups, are analyzed. Regional features of the practice of investigating crimes of this category, organizing the interaction of preliminary investigation bodies and operational services have been identified. Proposals have been formulated to improve the practice of combining criminal cases of crimes related to the manufacture, storage, transportation or sale of counterfeit money or securities. The results of the study can be used to improve the organization of the activities of the investigating authorities, a private methodology for investigating criminal cases of crimes related to the manufacture, storage, transportation or sale of counterfeit money or securities.
