Abstract:
An analysis of the existing points of view in the legal literature on the systematization of criminal situations arising from the commission of various illegal actions is being carried out. Attention is drawn to the importance of this forensic category in determining the further direction of the investigation of any type of crime. The author's own opinion on this problem is argued and his own classification of criminal situations by crimes committed in the field of drug trafficking is proposed.
