Abstract:
The scientific work is one of the results of the author's long-term research in the field of interests in law in general and legitimate interests in particular. The system of interests in law developed by the author, which is called the unified theory of interests, is proposed and justified. The unified theory of interests includes subjective (psychological), objective (social) and legitimate interests as necessary and sufficient components, which, in the author's opinion, allows it to most adequately describe the interaction of interest and law.
