This article examines the specifics of conducting pre-test interviews with individuals with different nervous system types, taking into account K. Levin's management styles. It presents the results of an empirical study examining the specifics of conducting pre-test interviews with subjects with strong and weak nervous systems during polygraph-based PFEIS, and formulates practical recommendations for selecting the optimal and most effective communication styles for polygraph examiners with subjects during the pre-test phase.
