The article discusses the impact of regular physical training on the psychological state and professional effectiveness of employees of internal affairs agencies. The research is based on the analysis of scientific literature, survey results and experimental data obtained during training and trainings of employees of various departments. The article emphasizes the importance of an integrated approach to physical training, which includes not only physical activity, but also the development of psychological stability, the ability to work under stress and increased risk. The authors focus on how regular physical education and sports activities contribute to reducing the level of professional burnout, improving cognitive functions and overall employee performance. The issues of optimizing physical training programs in order to achieve maximum effect in improving professional efficiency and maintaining the psychological health of employees are also considered.
