A detailed analysis has been carried out and the features of the detection and disclosure of crimes committed using information and telecommunication technologies have been considered. The relevance lies in the fact that in modern Russia the number of crimes committed using information and telecommunication technologies is increasing every year. Special attention is paid to the causes, conditions and features of the detection and disclosure of crimes committed using information and telecommunication technologies.
