The determination of criminal behavior of migrants in the field of road safety is directly related to the specifics of the field of road safety, as well as to migration processes. One of the key factors in the determination of crimes in the field of road safety committed by migrants is the lack of legal regulation in the field of road safety regarding the admission of this category of individuals to driving vehicles on the territory of the Russian Federation. Taking this into account, one of the primary tasks in ensuring road safety from the criminal behavior of migrants is to develop and implement adequate organizational and legal measures to prevent their criminal behavior in this area.
