Using the example of the daily law enforcement activities of the Moscow police, the possibilities of using modern digital technologies that significantly optimize the activities of individual departments and services are analyzed, and, summarizing international experience, promising ways of introducing dynamically developing digital solutions into the processes of crime detection, investigation and ensuring public safety are considered.
