For many years, terrorism has been the main threat to national security in the world. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to combat criminal activity and eliminate the causes that give rise to it. The internal affairs bodies solve various tasks, one of which is the prevention and prevention of terrorist acts. The main directions of combating this negative phenomenon are: propaganda of anti-terrorist activities; countering the financing of terrorism and the separation of informal formations of a terrorist and extremist nature.; international cooperation; migration control; systematic organization of operational work; suppression of extremist and terrorist websites.
