Abstract:
The issues related to the comparative legal analysis of the penal enforcement legislation of Russia and the Republic of Uzbekistan are considered. Discussion of the development of international cooperation between scientific and educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Principles of penal enforcement legislation. The system of institutions and bodies executing punishments.
