In today's conditions, the level of physical training of military personnel and employees of internal affairs bodies is subject to increased requirements. The physical training of employees of internal affairs bodies and military personnel is the basis for the successful implementation of the tasks assigned to them. The legal and regulatory framework for physical training, which has undergone changes in recent years, requires detailed study in order to improve its effectiveness. A comparative legal analysis of the legal and regulatory framework allows us to identify the advantages and disadvantages of both legal acts that regulate the procedure and organization of physical training in internal affairs bodies and the armed forces.
