Abstract:
The content, features and actual problems of the accounting rules for foreign citizens and stateless persons in the framework of the migration accounting experiment are outlined. The ongoing testing is aimed at validating the end-to-end process of identifying foreign individuals at checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation. The core of the system is fingerprint identification technology, which is used for strict identity authentication.
