Abstract:
A comprehensive analysis of current trends and legal conflicts in the field of social security for foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation at the present stage has been carried out. The relevance of the study is due to the dynamic reform of legislation in the context of optimizing budget expenditures and strengthening the insurance principles of social security for foreign citizens. The proposed innovations are being investigated, in particular, the introduction of a five-year insurance qualification for temporary foreign workers to access the compulsory pension insurance system and the complete abolition of the right to an old-age social pension for permanent residents of foreign citizens.
