Abstract:
Based on a generalized analysis of the content of the legal support of the import substitution strategy and an analysis of the content of economic relations of economic entities developing in the process of implementing this strategy, criteria for classifying legal import substitution regimes in various sectors of the economy are identified, and a general description of the legal import substitution regimes is given, including a wide variety of means of both direct and indirect influence on the activities of subjects of economic relations, while respecting both private and public interests in a market economy while achieving the goals of developing the national economy in the face of existing challenges.
