Actual theoretical, legal and applied aspects of the formation of the procedural status of a person in respect of whom the proceedings on the application of coercive measures of medical nature are conducted are considered. It is proposed to supplement the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation article 433.1 in the author’s wording.
