By studying the scientific literature devoted to the issue of criminological theory of transport security, the stages of the emergence and development of criminological theory of transport security are considered. The positions of domestic legal scholars on the development of criminological theory of transport security are outlined. The characteristic of the criminological theory of transport security at various stages of the development of our society is presented.
