Abstract:
The characteristic of the state and prospects of administrative-legal support for the implementation of modern models of the theory of technoeconomics, the developers of which, seeking to change the mechanism of management of socio-economic sphere, offer to get rid of transaction costs, including the reduction of regulatory and control and supervisory segment of executive-administrative activity of management subjects, expressed in various administrative-legal institutions is considered.
