The transformation of the role of law enforcement cooperation among member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is considered. Based on the study of historical background, the regulatory framework, as well as the structure of the organization, a tendency is revealed towards the formation of a separate area of cooperation between member states in the fight against crime. The stages of development of law enforcement cooperation between the CSTO member states are highlighted.
