are considered. The predominance of resources associated with emotionally-oriented strategies for coping with stress has been established in the majority of students. In their activities, stress management resources are most represented: establishing relationships with people, expecting social support, expecting practical and emotional help from colleagues, identifying oneself with successful professionals. They are also distinguished by a tendency to emotional experiences, self-blame, self-complacency and self-belief. The emotional self-regulation of these students — future managers is associated with the analysis and assessment of the emotions and emotional-value states experienced. Ideas about the resources of coping behavior associated with the predominance of problem-oriented strategies are typical for a third of students in this group. The study highlights the resources they use to cope with stress: time allocation, thinking through the sequence and expediency of actions, controlling the situation, searching for necessary information, relying on their own experience in solving similar problems. The resources of coping with stress can also include manifestations of imaginative thinking, creative imagination, features of the Self-concept and ideas about oneself as a subject of future activity. The success of their activities is often experienced by them in the form of praxic and gnostic emotions. A high level of intellectualization of their emotional sphere was revealed. For some students, resources related to avoidance-oriented strategies predominate. These include strategies: not to delve into situations related to professional stress, to distance oneself from such situations, not to think about correcting one's professional plans, and to avoid situations involving manifestations of intellectual activity. As it is established, such strategies are of particular importance in their lives: taking care of their own well-being and resilience, planning leisure time, communicating with friends. In the conversation, they defended the ideas of the expediency of traditional management models and authoritarian principles, and denied the need to build harmonious relationships with customers. They are dominated by hedonistic emotions. The self-concept is contradictory. In this regard, psychocorrective work is carried out at the university, in which special attention is paid to the training system that promotes awareness of existing problems and the development of the student's personality as a subject of future professional activity, which is associated with the formation of stress management resources necessary for the successful performance of the manager's activities.
