FORMS OF EXPRESSION OF SOCIAL SOURCES OF CRIMINAL LAW PRESCRIPTIONS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The social sources of the industry that determine criminal law prescriptions are always refracted by the public consciousness and have an external form of objectification in the form of value judgments about the presence of criminal risks for the normal development of a particular sphere of public relations. The system of forms of expression of social sources includes doctrinal, socio-political, political-legal and legal documents that collectively create a system of scientific assessments of the current and prognostic social situation, which determine the need (or possibility) of an effective protective reaction from the state. A significant gap in the nomenclature of these sources should be recognized as the absence of an official political and legal concept of criminal law regulation.
