Legal consequences are one of the subjects of consideration of both the theory of state and law, and branch legal sciences. In the light of the refusal of the Russian Federation from the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights, studies of the legal consequences of decisions of international organizations have become particularly relevant. The results of systematization of the legal consequences of decisions of interstate bodies for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms are presented within the framework of this article. All of the presented classifications are the result of generalization and analysis of international legal regulation on the protection of human rights and freedoms and the practice of implementing these norms by interstate bodies.
