Based on the materials of the activities of Russian right-wing radical organizations, the topic relevant to the modern system of countering extremism is investigated — the problem of determining the specifics of justifying the terrorist activities of neo-Nazi groups. The peculiarity of the author's approach is the rejection of the absolutization of the role of the ideological component in the structure of right-wing radical consciousness. Theoretical and methodological conclusions are based on the generalization of empirical material on the problem under consideration.
