The judicial practice and the practice of bringing to administrative responsibility drivers who drink alcoholic beverages in a parked vehicle in public places are analyzed. The article presents the results of a questionnaire on the issues under consideration of students of the Faculty of Vocational Training, Retraining and Advanced Training of the Orel Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after V. V. Lukyanov, who have practical experience. Proposals have been made to qualify this type of act.
