Abstract:
Through the use of this concept, it is possible to increase the economic activity of the state and increase the level of employment in a crisis situation. In the process of balancing the budget, the Russian Federation faces a budget deficit, which is covered by various methods. Keynes's concept remains relevant in the modern world due to the similarity of economic cycles. The Russian Federation also uses the concept of budget balancing, but faces a number of difficulties due to the need to solve the problem of different budgetary provision of the regions.
