Abstract:
The issues of the need to develop and use general and special indicators, which, in the author’s opinion, can contribute to the activation of the establishment of those units of the bodies of inquiry, whose employees in their activities do not «disdain» the falsification of signs of a crime in order to give visibility to the effectiveness of their operational work, are being considered. The article notes that despite the importance of developing and using such indicators, these indicators cannot replace legal facts.
