The article is devoted to the study of the participation of the district police commissioner in the implementation of administrative supervision of persons released from prison. The analysis of organizational and regulatory measures contributing to the implementation of administrative supervision is carried out. It is proposed to carry out special planning for the implementation of measures for persons released from places of deprivation of liberty, on the part of the district police commissioner.
