PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PERSONNEL RESERVE FORMATION IN THE INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of formation of personnel reserve of internal affairs bodies and aspects of psychological support of work with reserve for promotion. The paper systematizes information on the problem under study, generalizes scientific approaches to the consideration of the psychological and legal conditions for the formation of a personnel reserve. New empirical facts are given, revealing: the features of the development of professionally significant qualities that are structurally included in the psychological potential of police officers who are in the personnel reserve for promotion and do not correspond to the level required to fill a managerial position; the need to increase the level of psychological potential. Scientific and practical recommendations are proposed for the development of the necessary personal qualities and organizational skills for the managerial activity of reservists.
